Protein bomb

Good meal after workout because contains a lot of proteins.

 
  • 350 g „Ohridski Izvarok"
  • 350 g small shrimp
  • 150 g Kravjo Kiselo Mleko or Kefir
  • Bunch of fresh dill
  • Salt, black pepper
 

Preparation

1. Boil for 5-10 minutes shrimp in water with a little bit of dills, salt and black pepper.

2. Meanwhile mix Izvarok with Kiselo Mleko, add salt and cutted dill.

3. When shrimps are ready, take out from water, chill them and mix together with Izvarok.
